iCongress ltd was founded in 2018 and provides services dedicated to organizing congresses, corporate events, educational and communication projects.
We operate in the MICE industry (meetings, incentives, congresses & events) and specialised mainly in conferences for medical doctors and scientists. Thanks to our previous working experience and cultural background we can organise corporate events with the same competence, both in an international and multilingual context.
At the core of our work there is always a project. From listening to the customer’s needs to preparing a detailed business offer, from engaging the speakers to searching for commercial sponsors, from selecting the most qualified suppliers to creating a communication campaign that hits the targets, from onsite event management to final report and follow-up, every step of the process is oriented to only one goal:
